i am partial to rider-waite-smith (rws) and often fall back into its archetypes, even when using other decks. i am familiar with both thoth and marseilles wisdom, but rws will always be my ride-or-die. 💗

yes! i love pulling em as an extra layer of flavor to the already-delicious wisdom of tarot. many of my tarot offerings guarantee at least one or two oracle cards on the side - as a treat.

most tarot readings are driven by a question or an overall theme of what to discuss (love, career, family, creativity, etc.). after ‘setting the stage’ and tapping into my heart-space and all other relevant vibrations, i shuffle my deck of tarot cards as i focus at the energy at-hand. once i feel prepared to play, i start pulling cards, using the visual archetypes of tarot and a sprinkling of intuition to guide me for insight and clarity on your current happenstance/query.

the accuracy of a tarot reading is rooted in the overarching and mundane themes in the cards themselves, creating a conduit from your inner-world to the guidance of the fool’s journey.

i began diving into astrological studies in late 2018 when i craved a new dimension to tarot esoterica. bonus: i was always a devout and proud gemini and found myself hooked when my chart reflected this intrinsic mercuriosity.

after years of play, i have landed on using whole sign houses (wsh) in nearly every astrological modality - natal charts, horary, horoscopes, and beyond.

i am not of the belief that any one system is ‘better’ than another; in fact, i believe any proficient astrologer can ordain plenty of insight and wisdom using the system that is most relevant to their practice. i personally found myself leaning into wsh after exploring the arts of hellenistic, ancient astrology. quite frankly, it just makes the most sense to me!

i use the tropical zodiac. i am familiar with and kneel towards sidereal astrology (i am personally very pleased to be a rohini moon 🌙) and find that both zodiacs work wonderfully with their beholders.

as your astrologer, i first cast a chart of the exact placement of the planets at the time and place that an event has occurred.

the exact information i need is:

• a date of birth

• a location of birth

• a time of birth (as accurate as possible)

then, i analyze the chart to gather relevant information and insight. the way i read charts is borne of years of practice, study, and observations - i guarantee that no two astrologers read charts in the same fashion!

fyi: a natal chart reading doesn’t always have to relate to us humans. i’ve done readings for businesses, product release dates, wedding days, first days of jobs, and other whimsies. many non-alive experiences can also experience a ‘first breath.’ 🌬️
