all live sessions will either take place over discord or zoom; you will specify your preference while booking. both are downloadable video conferencing programs that can be or accessed through your browser or your phone. webcam is not required - your comfort comes first! text-based consultations can be accommodated for hard-of-hearing/deaf querents.

you are welcome to record your own session! an add-on is available at booking if you would like me to record and send the session on your behalf. the video file will be sent via email within 48 hours after the consultation.

no written summary of your session will be provided for tarot and astrology querents - so show up with a journal and your favorite pen if you wanna take notes!

i also do not perform readings where i interfere with someone's energy non-consensually. rather than asking, does ___ like me?, try rewording your question to take personal energetic ownership over your circumstances:
*how can i best grow/improve the relationship between ___ and myself?*

all new schedule openings will be available one (1) month in advance. at the moment, my business days are mondays, wednesdays, fridays, some weekends, and other spare days between it all. book your session today!

you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment time. please press the button that says, “change/cancel appointment” in your acuity email and follow all instructions. (emailing me directly instead of using the acuity scheduling system may result in your correspondence getting stuck in spam.)

if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the session is ineligible for a refund.

if ✱you✱ are running late:
if you realize you're going to be late to your consultation, please email me as soon as possible. you can do this by replying to your acuity confirmation email or directly contacting me here.

if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will also be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for the full fee of the session. i will offer you a half-price consultation if you want to reschedule, if this is the first time we’ve run into a last-minute schedule change.

if i do not initiate the discord call OR if you join the zoom meeting and it shows “waiting for the host to start this meeting” for more than three (3) minutes after our scheduled time, please let me know via email right away (it might be a tech issue).

unless i reach out beforehand, the discord/zoom meeting will always be ready at the scheduled time.
